Out of all the numerous industry awards a roofing company can win, the one that’s most sought after is the GAF President’s Club Award. This award simply means that a contractor represents the best of the best, given when three required qualifications are met. However, the requirements to earn the President’s Club Award are so strict and rigorous that only 2% of all roofing contractors in the U.S. qualify. So, what goes into winning this award?
Award Requirements
To be eligible for the award, GAF Master Elite® contractors must be in good standing. They must also adhere to the requirements set forth in the Master Elite Program Agreement. The award is earned during the calendar year starting on January 1 and ending on December 31 of the same year. Contractors must complete all qualifying activities during this time frame.
Contractors with multiple locations will earn the award for each unique location that conducts the qualifying activity. Up and Above Contractors is proud to say that we’ve already met these requirements.
Qualifying Pathways
Any Master Elite contractor from a reputable roofing company has three pathways to choose to earn the award. Each pathway earned is recognized by a President’s Club Star on the award logo. The pathways are:
- The Performance pathway – Which recognizes contractors that participate in activities that focus on giving their property owner the best possible service, quality and protection.
- The Reliability pathway – Which recognizes contractors that have a long history of offering their customers the best quality and protection.
- The Service pathway – Which recognizes those contractors that consistently offer their customers the best protection available in the marketplace.
